Lucknow: Pool A toppers Hockey Odisha will be locking horns with Pool B toppers Air India Sports Promotion Board in the quarter-final match at the Hockey Senior Men’s Nationals on Wednesday.
Hockey Odisha had failed to reach the Quarter-finals, and will look to make amends this time. They had won three out of four Pool matches, losing only to Defending Champions Railway Sports Promotion Board.
Air India Sports Promotion Board, on the other hand, lost to finalists Punjab & Sind Bank at the Quarter-final stage last year. This year, they have won three matches and drew one match in the pool stage.
Hockey-Gangpur Odisha, on the other hand, failed to reach quarters-final stage.
