Bhubaneswar: CBSE’s centre of excellency organised a stress management workshop on the premises of SAI International School here on Saturday. The workshop focussed on how to manage stress effectively and overcome pressure in pursuit of academic excellence.
As many as 158 principals and vice principals from different schools in Odisha attended the workshop. The head of the centre of excellence of the CBSE regional office here Sanjeev Shrivastava was also present.
CBSE’s resource person Sangeet Sharma shared various ways to tackle stress and means to effectively deal with it.
Senior principal of SAI International School Nilakantha Panigrahi said the efficiency level of a teacher will rise manifold once he/she is able to effectively overcome stress and lead a healthy life.
