Bhubaneswar: Senior IPS officer Sudhanshu Sarangi on Wednesday took charge as the new Commissioner of Police, Bhubaneswar-Cuttack.
The 1990-batch IPS officer took charge from the 1988-batch officer Satyajit Mohanty, who has been posted as Additional DG of Police Prisons and Director Correctional Service, Bhubaneswar.
Prior to this assignment, Sarangi was the Director State Crime Records Bureau, Bhubaneswar.
