Why be measured
Why do scales and peers and milestones
Have to define you?

I am fulfilled
Savouring every experience
After giving up
The paraphernalia of success.

I am free of expectations
And goals
Self imposed
I am living every moment
And waiting for the next.

Every turn is an adventure
Every stranger a discovery
Every encounter blessed
With unlimited possibility.
