Chennai: Superstar Rajinikanth has been admitted to Kauvery Hospital here, revealed sources close to the actor late on Thursday night.
Sources also said that Rajinikanth is undergoing routine medical examination at the hospital.
The actor, 70, was in Delhi a few days ago to receive the prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke Award. He had also visited President Ram Nath Kovind and Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the national capital.
