Bhawanipatna: Kalahandi, where two COVID-19 patients had earlier recovered, saw 11 new cases on Wednesday.
Ten among them are returnees from Maharashtra, Gujarat, Chhattishgarh and were in isolation at quarantine centres, informed collector, Gavali Parag Harshad.
The other infected person is the supervisor of a quarantine centre, he added.
