New Delhi: Sushmita Sen’s cardiologist has given her the go-ahead for resuming her workout schedule post her heart attack and angioplasty. On Holi, the ‘Aarya’ actress began her workout once again.
She had shared the news of her attack on social media and also revealed that 95% of her main artery was blocked. The actress has also been suffering from Addison’s Disease.
Sushmita Sen took to her Instagram to share a picture of her working out. She captioned it as, “#wheeloflife cleared by my cardiologist…stretching begins!!! What a feeling!!! #oneweek #slowandsteady #breathe This is my “Happy Holi” …how was yours? I love you guys!!!(sic)”

Taking to Instagram, she wrote, “Keep your heart happy & courageous, and it’ll stand by you when you need it the most Shona” (Wise words by my father @sensubir ) I suffered a heart attack a couple of days back. Angioplasty done. stent in place and most importantly, my cardiologist reconfirmed ‘I do have a big heart’(sic).”
