New Delhi: After teaming up with Akshay Kumar for horror-comedy ‘Bhooth Bangla,’ Tabu has hinted at a possible reunion with the actor in Priyadarshan’s upcoming sequel of cult classic ‘Hera Pheri’.
After Akshay Kumar wished Priyadarshan on his birthday, the director shared that he is willing to make the third instalment of ‘Hera Pheri’ with him, Paresh Rawal and Suniel Shetty.
Now, actress Tabu, who played an important role in ‘Hera Pheri’ (2000), shared that the third instalment of the film is incomplete without her.
Sharing the birthday post of Akshay for Priyadarshan on her story, Tabu wrote, “Of course, the cast won’t be complete without me @priyadarshan.official.”
Wishing the filmmaker, the actor earlier wrote, “Happy Birthday, Priyan Sir! What better way to celebrate than by spending the day on a haunted set, surrounded by ghosts…both real and unpaid extras? Thank you for being a mentor, and the only person who can make chaos look like a masterpiece. May your day be filled with fewer retakes. Wishing you a fantastic year ahead!”
Reacting to the post, Priyadarshan wrote, “Thank you so much for your wishes, Akshay Kumar. In return I would like to give you a gift, I am willing to do Hera Pheri 3, are you ready Akshay?” and tagged actors Suniel Shetty and Paresh Rawal in his post.
The second instalment of the film, directed by the late Neeraj Vora, featured Akshay, Paresh, Suniel, Bipasha Basu, Rajpal Yadav and Rimi Sen in the lead roles.
