Bhubaneswar: The Tata Steel in association with the Pathani Samanta Planetarium will launch Young Astronomer Talent Search (YATS), 2018 edition on Thursday at the third floor conference hall of the Odisha Secretariat.
Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik is scheduled to be present as the chief guest of the programme.
A flag off event of the exposure visit of top 20 winners of YATS, 2017 to the Space Application Centre, ISRO, Ahmedabad will also be held on the occasion.
