Mumbai: A team of cops was deployed outside leading industrialist Mukesh Ambani’s multi-storeyed mansion Antilia after Mumbai Police’s control room received a call from a taxi driver about a possible threat.
The cab driver said two passengers seated in his vehicle sought the address of Ambani’s home in Mumbai, reported India Today. The driver told police the passengers were carrying a bag.
The driver’s statement was recorded at Azad Maidan police station.
A police officer said that facts of the case are being verified and CCTV footages looked at. Barricades have been put up at various locations to hunt down for the two people.
In February this year, a vehicle with explosives was found parked outside Antilia.
