Bhubaneswar: All technical institutions in Odisha will reopen from August 9 with strict adherence to COVID-19 guidelines, Skill Development and Technical Education Department said in a release on Wednesday.
According to the release, the technical institutions will reopen only for the final year students.
The hostels of these institutions will also reopen from this date, it added.
