Rourkela: A native of Telengana was arrested from Rourkela railway station in Odisha on Monday on charges of duping girls by befriending them on Instagram.
The accused has been identified as Kadam Sadashiv.
According to sources, Sadashiv tricked girls into romantic relationships by posing as an RPF official on his Instagram account and duped them financially over the last few years. Complaints were also lodged against him at police stations.
Following a complaint by the RPF, the GRP (Rourkela) registered a case and arrested him.
