Temperature Rises Across Odisha; IMD Predicts Rain For 3 Days
Bhubaneswar: Amid rise in minimum temperature across Odisha, dry weather prevailed in most parts of the state during the last 24 hours.
The midday bulletin of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Wednesday said that light rain is likely to occur in several parts of the state during the next three days.
Shallow to moderate fog occurred at one or two places in interior Odisha with dense fog at one or two places in Bhadrak and Angul.
The minimum temperatures observed appreciable rise at one or two places in interior parts of the state and no large change elsewhere. The highest maximum temperature of 33.0°C was recorded at Paralakhemundi and the lowest minimum temperature of 11.0°C was recorded at Phulbani.

Dry weather is likely to prevail over the districts of Odisha. Shallow to moderate fog is very likely to occur at one or two places in Koraput, Rayagada, Kalahandi, Kandhamal, and Nayagarh.
Day 2 (From 8.30 am of 01.02.2024 to 8.30 am of 02.02.2024)
Light rain is very likely to occur at one or two places in Sundargarh, Jharsuguda, Keonjhar, and Mayurbhanj and dry weather is very likely to prevail over the rest districts of Odisha.
Day 3 (From 8.30 am of 02.02.2024 to 8.30 am of 03.02.2024)
Light rain is very likely to occur at one or two places in Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Jajpur, Balasore, Bhadrak, Kendrapada, and Dhenkanal, and dry weather is likely to prevail over the rest districts of Odisha.
