Cuttack: Locals reportedly opposed the shifting of a COVID-19 patient from a slum in Dargah Bazaar area of the city on Wednesday.
According to media reports, police have reached the spot.
While the total positive cases in the city were 1794 on Tuesday, the number of recovered stood at 810. So far, 10 patients have succumbed to the infection.
