New Delhi: OnePlus on Thursday launched not one but two of its first TVs at an event here. These are the company’s first-ever TVs.
The prices are:
OnePlus TV Q1 – Rs 69,900
OnePlus TV Q1 Pro – Rs 99,900
The first is a 55-inch QLED TV. It has 120 per cent on NTSC colour gamut score. According to OnePlus, the picture quality will be “Vivid, vivid and vivid”. The screen will have 60 fps refresh rate. As reported earlier, the TV has Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos.
The TV’s remote doesn’t have AAA batteries but is charged via Type-C port. It has a dedicated Google Assistant button, volume rocker on the side and Bluetooth support.
The TV can also be operated via the OnePlus connect app. It has many features such as taking a screenshot and changing apps from the phone.
The OnePlus TV Q1 Pro has a sound bar that slides out. Both TVs have 8 speakers rated at 50W, which OnePlus says eliminates the need of soundbar speakers. There are 2 woofers and tweeters, and also 6 forward facing speakers.
As revealed by CEO Pete Lau before, the TV automatically adjusts the volume when you get a call on your device and increase it back when the call ends. The software will turn the volume down to level 10 during calls.
OnePlus TV will be getting all Android updates for 3 years at the least, the company revealed.
