Balasore: Noted theatre artiste Paramananda Sahu passed away at his residence in Balasore on Saturday morning. The 72-year-old artiste had age-related illness and was bedridden.
He had directed and acted in more than hundred dramas. He had also acted in many Odia and Bengali soaps. Sahu was also an artiste in All India Radio and Doordarshan. He had received several awards.
He is survived by his wife, two sons and a daughter.
