Bhubaneswar: Airlines have suspended domestic flights in view of the Janata Curfew on Sunday and the lockdown in Odisha till March 29 to arrest the rising coronavirus cases in India.
While GoAir has suspended all flights for Sunday, IndiGo will not be flying 40 per cent of its domestic flights.
2701/2256 Delhi-Bhubaneswar-Delhi flight, 411/411 Bangalore-Bhubaneswar-Kolkata flight, 823/492 Bangalore-Bhubaneswar-Bangalore flight, 5035/5037 Delhi-Bhubaneswar-Delhi flight and 427/431 Bangalore-Bhubaneswar-Bangalore flight have been cancelled from March 22 to March 28.
Air India’s AI 78 Bhubaneswar-Delhi, Go Air’s G8 761 Bhubaneswar-Kolkata and G8 247 Bhubaneswar-Mumbai have also been cancelled.
Similarly, Air Asia and Vistara have cancelled Bhubaneswar-Hyderabad (I5-1568) and Bhubaneswar Delhi (UK 786) respectively for Sunday.
