Berhampur: The Berhampur Municipal Corporation (BeMC) on Sunday declared six areas under its jurisdiction as containment zones based on input received from special teams formed for health screening.
The localities are Sahu Colony-Ward No. 04, Bhaba Nagar 4th lane, Tulasi Nagar 6th lane, Bank Colony 1st lane near A.I.R Office, Gandhi Nagar 4th lane, and Burma Colony.

The decision was taken after a few symptomatic people were found in these areas during the special screening drive undertaken by Rapid Response Teams, official sources said.
