Bhubaneswar: Siksha ‘0’ Anusandhan (Deemed to be University) will host the third international edition of Model United Nations (MUN) conference on its campus here from August 9 to August 11.
Around 1000 delegates from all over India and other countries are expected at the three-day event, which would include social nights, stand-up comedy and musical band performance with cash prize up to Rs 1 lakh.

SOA international MUN is a part of a large international student project, which involves thousands of young leaders. Each conference is an academic simulation of the United
Nations that aims to educate participants about civics, effective communication, globalization and multilateral diplomacy. In a Model UN, students research a country, take on the role of foreign diplomats, investigate international issues, debate, deliberate, consult, and then develop solutions.

• SPECPOL – Special Political and Decolonization Committee
• WHA- World Health Assembly
• IOM- International Organization for Migration
