Bhubaneswar: Khandagiri police have arrested three persons and seized 10 gram of brown sugar worth Rs 1 lakh near Bharatpur fish market here.
The arrested persons have been identified as Kiran Kumar Swain, Subham Kumar Das and Patitapaban Bhujabala of Khurda district.
Three mobile phones and a motorcycle were seized from their possession.
