Bhubaneswar: The Ministry of Railways has decided to run two pairs of special trains through the East Coast Railway (ECoR) jurisdiction and increase the frequency of one special train. The trains are:
Shalimar-Secunderabad-Shalimar Special
02449/02450 Shalimar-Secunderabad-Shalimar Special from Shalimar will leave at 12.20 pm every Wednesday between June 9 and June 20. The train from Secunderabad will leave at 4 hrs on every Friday between June 11 and July 2.
The train will have stoppages at Bhadrak, Cuttack, Bhubaneswar, Khurda Road, Berhampur, Sompeta, Palasa, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam in East Coast Railway jurisdiction between Shalimar and Secunderabad from both directions.
Howrah-Yesvantpur-Howrah Special
02469/02470 Howrah-Yesvantpur-Howrah Shalimar Special from Howrah will leave at 1240hrs on every Thursday between June 10 and 24. This train from Yesvantpur will leave at 0515hrs every Sunday between June 13 and 27.
This train will have stoppages at Bhadrak, Cuttack, Bhubaneswar, Khurda Road, Brahmapur, Palasa, Srikakulam Road, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam in East Coast Railway jurisdiction between Howrah and Yesvantpur from both directions.
INCREASE IN FREQUENCY OF HATIA-YESVANTPUR- HATIA SPECIAL
The frequency of Hatia-Yesvantpur-Hatia Special has been increased from weekly to bi-weekly. 02835/02836 Hatia-Yesvantpur-Hatia Special from Hatia will leave Hatia every Tuesday & Sunday between 6th June to 27th June, 2021. In the return direction, this train from Yesvantpur will leave on Thursday & Tuesday between 8th June to 29th June, 2021. The timings and stoppages for this train will remain unchanged.
