Bhubaneswar: The Meteorological Centre in Bhubaneswar has forecast moderate thunderstorm or lightning with light rainfall and gusty winds, speeds reaching 30-40kmph, at one or two places over Ganjam, Kandhamal, Nayagarh and Mayurbhanj districts between 5.15pm to 7.15pm on Tuesday.
