The Bhubaneswar Meteorological Department has forecast thunderstorm with lightning and gusty surface wind speed reaching 30-40 kmph and light to moderate rainfall at one or two places in Jharsuguda, Deogarh, Angul, Sundargarh, Sambalpur, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Dhenkanal, Khurda (including Bhubaneswar), Nabarangpur and Gajapati till 5.30 pm on Tuesday.
