The Bhubaneswar Meteorological Centre here has forecast thunderstorm with lightning and light to moderate rainfall at one or two places in Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, Balasore, Bhadrak, Dhenkanal, Kendrapara, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Khurda and Puri districts till 4:30 pm on Thursday.
