Bhubaneswar: The regional centre of India Meteorological Department here has issued thunderstorm and lightning along with light to moderate rainfall warning for Nayagarh, Mayurbhanj, Balasore, Sundargarh, Ganjam, Khurda, Sambalpur and Deogarh districts till 11 PM on Friday.
