Bhubaneswar: Toy train, one of the attractions of Nandankanan Zoological Park, reopened for visitors from Thursday.
The toy train service can be availed by purchasing a ticket of Rs 80 each.
The zoo has six toy trains which would be helpful for the tourists, particularly elderly and differently-abled to tour the vast facility.
The zoo as well as toy train were not functioning since March 15 due to Covid-19 pandemic.
While the zoo reopened on October 4, the train service was started after studying the public response to visiting the facility.
To attract more visitors to the zoo, the toy train facility was introduced. For this, nine stoppages identified in the zoo premises.
