Deogarh: Two persons were killed in an explosion while making bombs at Chilandikhola in Deogarh police station area on Saturday night.
The deceased were identified as Ranjit Bhoi and Santosh Pata, both residents of Kansar village near Riamal.
According to sources, the duo was making bombs to be used for poaching animals when the blast took place. The two were killed on the spot.
Police have sent the bodies for post-morthem and launched an investigation.
