Two Frontline Workers Test Positive For COVID-19 In Odisha’s Jharsuguda

Jharsuguda: Two frontline workers of Jharsuguda municipality have tested positive for COVID-19 on Saturday taking Jharsuguda’s tally to 165, district administration informed.


The two COVID warriors were serving at the Temporary Medical Centres (TMCs).

“Two functionaries of Jharsuguda municipality who are our front liners managing the affairs of TMCs are tested positive. We are taking due care of the resulting situation.  Let us stand to salute their unflinching commitment to the job,” the administration tweeted.

With 126 recoveries, the Jharsuguda district now has 39 active cases.
