Balasore: Police on Monday night arrested two hardcore criminals near a toll gate in Balasore district.
According to sources, a team of policeman of Khantapada police station while patrolling at a toll gate at Sheragada in Soro, detained a jeep with red beacon under suspicion and asked the two persons to come out of the vehicle. But as the duo did not open the door and threatened the police with dire consequences, police broke the glass window and dragged them out of the vehicle.

Though the police did not give any details of the hardcore criminals, they said that the district police will have a detailed briefing in a press meet later in the day.
