Keonjhar: Two farmers died after lightning struck them in Dalanga village under Turumunda police limits in Keonjhar district on Monday afternoon.
Sources said the incident took place when the two farmers – Iswar Chandra Barik and Chandrasekhar Mohanta – were working in their field.
On being informed, family members rushed the two to a nearby hospital where the doctor declared him brought dead.
Later, police seized the bodies for post mortem.
