Ganjam: Two sisters committed suicide by consuming poison following a petty fight at Gudiali village under Kabisuryanagar police limits of Ganjam on Friday.
The sisters have been identified as Deepa Bhuyan and Jeeta Bhuyan.

Sources said the sisters consumed poison following a heated argument. Family members rushed them to a nearby hospital. One of the sisters died on the way while another died while being shifted to MKCG hospital in Berhampur.
On being informed, the police reached the spot and registered a case of unnatural death, sources said.
