New Delhi: The deadline for online application of four scholarship programmes of University Grants Commission (UGC) has been extended till November 30, according to a notification issued on October 29, reported Zee Business.
The four scholarships are Indira Gandhi PG Scholarship for Single Girl Child (SGC), Ishan Uday Special scheme for North Eastern Region (NER), PG Scholarship for University Rank Holder candidate (URH) and PG Scholarship for Professional Courses for SC/ST candidates (PGSPROF).
Eligible students have been instructed to submit their applications through the National Scholarship Portal, open since September 1, on the official website.
The notification also mentioned an extension till December 15 for the verification of applications and resubmission of defective ones.
