The University Grants Commission (UGC) on Monday announced that the universities will be conducting the final year or final semester examinations by the end of September keeping in view the academic prudence and maintaining credibility. The examinations can be held through offline, online or combination of both the modes, UGC clarified.
UGC is playing with the lives of students. Forget their education, their life is at stake now. These frequent alterations of the guidelines is just torture. You can’t expect us to appear for exams in this situation.#StudentsLivesMatters #cancelfinalyearexams

India is 3rd worst Covid-19 affected country. Things might deteriorate further by September. Both offline and online exams remain a big NO in these difficult times. It is really painful to see MHA-MHRD-UGC-DU not caring for students’ welfare #StudentsLivesMatters #ScrapOBE

The number of coronavirus cases is on a rise in the country as India became the third most affected nation on Monday. UGC’s decision puts more students and teachers to health risk. Schools and colleges have been inactive since the lockdown and will not be operative until July 31.
