Cuttack: The Purighat Police on Tuesday called two youths, who had allegedly barged into the bedroom of Ollywood actress Varsha Priyadarshini and done her video-shooting on Monday, for interrogation.
According to the complaint filed by Varsha with the police, the two youths Sujit Dalei and Khagendra, who work in the house of Varsha’s husband Anubhav Mohanty, entered her bedroom. Sujit started video-shooting while she was having lunch and Khangendra stood at the door of the bedroom.
Though Varsha asked Sujit who asked him to do her video-shooting, he did not reply anything and continued the shooting for 7-8 minutes.
Feeling ashamed and insecure, Varsha later went to the Purighat police station and lodged the complaint. Acting on the complaint, police called the duo for interrogation.
Earlier in the day, Varsha’s counsel Rama Krushna Rath had said that he will apprise the court of the incident after consulting her.
