Viral Video: Chief Secy Orders Stern Action Against 2 Engineers Taking Liquor In Office In Odisha’s Kendrapada

Bhubaneswar: Taking a serious note of a viral video on two engineers consuming liquor in their office in Odisha’s Kendrapada district, chief secretary PK Jena has directed the Water Resources department to initiate stern action against them.

According to sources, the two engineers are serving in Mahanadi North Division of the department. A few days back, the engineers along with some other persons had a party in Narayanpur section office in the district.

An anonymous person shot the engineers and others taking liquor and food in the office in his mobile phone camera and uploaded it in social media. The video went viral in no time.

The chief secretary came to know about the viral video and issued an official order directing the department to take disciplinary action against the two engineers.
