Mumbai: Vivo has launched its new flagship phone, the V11 Pro, at an event here, featuring brand ambassador – Aamir Khan.
The V11 Pro has a unique in-display fingerprint scanner and also a new notch design. Vivo calls the waterdrop notch Halo FullView. The notch features the front camera and the earpiece sits at the top of the phone. Priced at Rs 25,990, the V11 Pro will compete with the Oppo F9 Pro, Nokia 7 Plus, Samsung Galaxy A8 Star, Honor Play and Poco F1.
It has a glass back with a gradient finish and is available in Dazzling Gold and Starry Night Black colors.
The V11 Pro is powered by Snapdragon 660 chipset. It has 6GB of RAM and 64 GB internal storage. It has a 19.5:9 6.41-inch full-HD+ Super AMOLED display.
The battery is a 3400 mAh unit with fast charging support.
The Vivo V11 Pro has a massive 25-MP selfie camera with AI enabled beauty hacks. On the rear is a 12-MP primary sensor with a 5-MP secondary sensor unit.
The phone comes with Android 8.1 Oreo with FunTouch OS 4.5. It also comes pre-loaded with an AI assistant called Jovi.
The phone measures 157.9x75x7.9mm and weighs 156 grams.
It will be available on Amazon from September 12. Vivo has bundled a one-time screen replacement offer as part of the launch offer. There is Rs 2000 cashback on HDFC credit and debit cards. Jio is giving benefits of around Rs 4000.
