New Delhi: Rahul Gandhi was caught off guard in Parliament on Monday, during the Union Budget 2021 presented by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman.
As the Finance Minister’s budget speech progressed, a camera shifted towards Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, who looked anything but interested. In short, the camera caught him looking ‘bored’.
Gandhi was wearing a mask and was perhaps snapped while blinking his eye. A snap of that specific frame started doing the rounds of Twitter and here is what followed:
