Was Sushant Singh Rajput Suffering From Depression? He Had Shared ‘Meta Skills’ To Tide Over Lockdown
Mumbai: Mumbai police on Sunday told the media that Sushant Singh Rajput, who was found hanging at his residence in Bandra this afternoon, was suffering from depression from the last six months, the Jagran reported.
Sushant’s domestic help first noticed the actor hanging from the ceiling at his room somewhere between 12 noon and 1 pm and informed the police. He was seen with his friends last night if media reports are to be believed.
“He has committed suicide at his residence in Bandra. Our team is there,” additional commissioner of police, Western Region, Manoj Sharma told news agency PTI.
No suicide note, however, was recovered from Rajput’s residence.
Just over a month ago, the ‘Kendarnath’ actor sounded upbeat in dealing with the countrywide lockdown that left one and all confined to home.
He had on May 6 shared his daily routine which according to him worked well in tiding over the lockdown helplessness. “Of all the various approaches I’ve tried in the last few months, these meta skills have worked wonders with the best ROI of time,” he wrote.
The actor had suggested his fans to try the routine to live a better quality of life. It is learnt that the ‘Kai Po Che’ famed Sushant has been taking a keen interest in coding too, during the lockdown.
Barely a few days prior to the Instagram post, he had shared an image of his coding notes calling it is “an extremely exciting process”.
