[watch] Aamir Khan Recruits Sons Junaid & Azad To Announce ‘Sitaare Zameen Par’ YouTube Release

Mumbai: During a press conference earlier this week, Aamir Khan announced the release of his film ‘Sitaare Zameen Par’ on YouTube.

To reveal the release date of the film on the digital platform, Aamir recruited his sons Junaid Khan and Azad Rao Khan.

In a funny skit inspired by his 1994 cult classic ‘Andaz Apna Apna’, Aamir and Junaid take a trip down memory lane and indulge in humorous banter.

On hearing the loud conversation, Azad peeps inside the room only to see the two fighting, and shuts the door on which the release date is written, August 1.

In the funny video, Junaid is heard delivering his father’s iconic dialogue, “Aaj mujhe ehsaas hua, ki aap purush hi nahi, maha purush hain!”

During their banter, Aamir is heard screaming, “Nikamme! Namakool! Nepo kid! Yeh kya kiya tune?”

Fans took to the comments section to laud the father-son duo for their hilarious acting.

One netizen gushed, “Hahaha I thought it was going to be cringe but it was cute and funny. Junaid and Aamir should definitely do a comedy film where they are playing dad and son. Something on the lines of Dhamaal (2007) – mad, zany, silly but truly hilarious. Huge potential there.”

Another user wrote, “I enjoyed this more than any Aamir Khan movie of the past couple of years. 😂😂😂.”

“Goddammit this was funny as hell. I miss this Aamir,” shared one netizen.

Another comment read, “On a completely different note – i saw Junaid at Prithvi last night in a play and he was quite good. He was also very chill after the show and hanging out with the audience – nice to see.”
