Sydney: When the Indian cricket team was struggling at 59/3 during India’s second innings in the fifth Test in Sydney against Australia in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy, Rishab Pant entered at number 5 and charged down the pitch to smash a sixer over long-on off Boland’s delivery on Saturday. Scoring 61 runs off 33 balls with the help of six boundaries and four sixes, Pant set a new record for the most Test sixes by a visiting batter in Australia, breaking Chris Gayle’s long-standing record.
