Bengaluru: Actress Rashmika Mandanna is currently busy promoting her upcoming film ‘Kuberaa’ along with co-actors Dhanush and Nagarjuna Akkineni.
During the film’s song launch event in Mumbai, a journalist left Rashmika puzzled by calling her ‘No 1 actor’.
“Ma’am the way you are saying it, I’m feeling a lot of pressure,” Rashmika told the journalist.
She further added, “I’m like, should I give a very inspirational answer or motivational answer? I don’t know. Thank you for saying that. But I feel like I have honestly just started, because I don’t know what this whole number 1 situation is. Because we are doing films in the South, we are doing films in Bollywood. So I don’t know what this race is about. But I know for sure that I have just started.”

Directed by Sekhar Kammula, ‘Kuberaa’ also stars Jim Sarbh, and Dalip Tahil and is slated to hit theatres on June 20.
The film revolves around a homeless man from Mumbai’s Dharavi slums (played by Dhanush), who rises to become a powerful mafia leader.
Following its theatrical release, the film will be available on Amazon Prime Video.
