Bhubaneswar: Taking advantage of the ongoing lockdown, a man went on a stealing spree in Odisha capital.
He was caught on camera breaking barricades from Raj Mahal overbridge and dropping it across the road with someone perhaps waiting under the overbridge to pick them. The man can be seen using all his strength to bend the steel barricades and uproot them.
