New York: At least two people were killed when a plane crashed into a building near Daniel K Inouye International Airport in Honolulu, Hawaii.
The crash occurred when a Kamaka Air Cessna 208 Caravan plane crashed into a state-owned buiding. According to Hawaii News Now, the airline was conducting a training flight when the plane crashed. None of the two individuals aboard the aircraft survived the crash.
A video taken from a vehicle on the road leading to the airport shows the plane descending rapidly, losing rapidly and crashing into a building.

Honolulu Fire Department and police personnel quickly arrived at the crash site.
“I heard a loud boom and saw clouds of smoke,” witnesses told Hawaii News Now.
Nancy Timco, a local employee, saw the plane flying unusually low past her office. Moments later, she heard a loud crash. “I thought, ‘He’s really low,’ and then there was a big bang,” she said.
Fortunately, the building struck by the plane was unoccupied as it was marked for demolition.
The pilot of Kamaka Flight 689 reported losing control of the plane. “We’re out of control here,” was his final radio transmission.
The control tower directed the pilot to land on any available runway if possible, but that was not to be.
