New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi received a rousing reception in Singapore on Wednesday.
The Indian diaspora organised a cultural programme to welcome the Indian Prime Minister. As dancers in traditional attire danced to the tune of musical instruments, Modi stepped forward to join them.
Video clips and photos of Modi trying his hand at the dhol went viral. The PM also posted a video of the vibrant welcome Indians in Singapore extended him.

Modi, who was in Brunei on Tuesday, flew to Singapore for a two-day official visit aimed at boosting bilateral friendship, deepening ‘strategic partnership’ and attracting investment from the south-east Asian country.
Modi will meet Singaporean counterpart Lawrence Wong and President Tharman Shanmugaratnam and interact with other top leaders of the city-state.
He will also meet business leaders from Singapore.
