New Delhi: The Air Force One, carrying President Joe Biden, landed at Palam airport on Friday evening.
The US President was received at the airport by Union Minister of State and former Army chief Gen. (retd) VK Singh.

On his first trip to India as US President, Biden will be attending the G20 Summit in the Indian capital during the weekend.
Biden’s official aircraft, which touched down here after a refuelling stop at Germany’s Ramstein, headed straight to 7, Lok Kalyan Marg, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s residence.
The top leaders of the world’s two biggest democracies will hold bilateral talks this evening itself at Modi’s residence.
British PM Rishi Sunak and Japanese PM Fumio Kishida were among other global leaders who reached Delhi earlier today.
Besides the meeting with Biden, the Indian PM will hold more than a dozen bilateral meetings with leaders from across the world, between September 8 and 10.
Modi took to his official X handle to confirm meetings with Biden, Mauritius PM Pravind Kumar Jugnauth and Bangladesh PM Sheikh Hasina.
