[Watch] Shah Rukh Khan & Virat Kohli’s Rare Performance At Star-Studded IPL 2025 Opening

Kolkata: Bollywood King, Shah Rukh Khan kicked off the opening ceremony of IPL 2025 with his captivating speech at Eden Gardens in Kolkata on Saturday.

SRK, who is also the co-owner of KKR, greeted the crowd by saying, “Party Pathan ke ghar pe rakhoge toh mehman nawazi ke liye Pathan khud aayega aur patake bhi layega.”

Soon, the much-admired playback singer Shreya Ghoshal took over the stage and mesmerized fans with her melodious voice.

Shreya was followed by Disha Patani, who set the stage on fire with her energetic dance moves and then, Punjabi singer Karan Aujla took over the stage.

After Karan, Shah Rukh returned to the stage to welcome the cricketers and BCCI officials.

SRK and Virat Kohli leave fans thrilled by shaking a leg on the song ‘Jhoome Jo Pathan’ from the blockbuster movie ‘Pathaan.’

The opening match of the IPL 2025 season will see defending champion Kolkata Knight Riders play Royal Challengers Bengaluru at Eden Gardens, Kolkata. The KKR home ground is also set to host the final game on May 25.
