[Watch] Shah Rukh Launches ‘Busiest Person’ Gauri Khan’s Book
Mumbai: Gauri Khan’s maiden foray into publishing, a coffee table book titled ‘My Life in Design’, is out.
And who better than her superstar husband Shah Rukh to launch it.
Speaking on the occasion on Monday evening, the Bollywood Badshah talked about Gauri’s hectic schedule in different avatars – fashion designer, interior designer, film producer and laday of the house.
Calling her the ‘busiest’ of the Khan family, Shah Rukh said no matter what he, Gauri and the three children did during the day, they would make it a point to get together for dinner when they are in Mumbai.
“She is genuinely the busiest person in the house now, compared to me, my son, my daughter and my little one and my sister. I’m like, ‘What are you doing the whole day? Why do you keep doing so much work?’ She said because it satisfies me. I think this book stands for that,” Shah Rukh complimented her after the two of them together unveiled the book.

Published by Ebury Press, the book features exclusive photos of the Khans — Shah Rukh, Aryan, Suhana and AbRam, besides Gauri. ‘Mannat’, their iconic house in Bandra, is also showcased in the book.
‘My Life in Design’ illustrates some of Gauri’s key design projects for various celebrities. She also provides tips for those who want to take up her profession as a designer.
