Avery, who was fascinated by aquariums, got into scuba diving and underwater magic during the COVID-19 lockdown.
She wanted to learn scuba diving during the pandemic phase.
There were challenges to be overcome, and she did.
Avery passed online exams, earned her open water diver’s certificate and went on to obtain 12 more certificates through dedicated training and over 30 ocean dives, according to GWR.
