Weather Update: Heavy Rainfall Predicted In Several Odisha Districts

Bhubaneswar: Heavy rainfall warning has been issued for several districts in Odisha by the Regional Meteorological Centre.

One or two places of Jharsuguda, Sambalpur, Bargarh, Sundargarh and Deogarh districts are likely to get heavy rainfall, the Met office predicted.

Thunderstorm along with lightning is expected at few places over the districts of Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Kendrapara, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Sundargarh, Jharsuguda, Bargarh, Sambalpur, Deogarh, Angul, Dhenkanal, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Bolangir, Sonepur, Boudh, Kalahandi, Kandhamal, Nayagarh and Khurda, the Met department added.

However, twin cities Bhubaneswar and Cuttack witnessed heavy rainfall on Wednesday morning.
