Home Minister Amit Shah reportedly had telephonic conversations with chief ministers and later presented their opinions to the Prime Minister.

Most experts believe that if government decides to go for Lockdown 5.0, places like cinema halls and educational institutions will remain closed. Air travel, on the other hand, will become more relaxed with reopening of international routes on the horizon. As many as 100 pairs of express trains will run from June 1, with AC services to open in the next phase.
Intra-state buses and metro services are likely to resume at many places.
